Jazzy Power Chairs (non-rehab) are for those with mobility needs greater than that provided by mobility scooters (which have steering mechanisms and a steering column in the front). These power chairs are controlled via a joystick. If you are not able to operate these chairs, the next level of mobility is the rehab wheelchair which can be fitted with many other types of steering devices.
